I took 150Mbs in 2 months, after a few days call me your agent. I immediately told him not to understand German. And everything kept me and switched to 400Mbs 27.03. Please return me to 150Mbs.

If it was over the phone and if you want to cancel it, just call unitymedia. You have the right to cancel/revert the contract within 14 days even on the phone (because its happend on the phone).
