Hi ,
I have two problems.
I only speak English.
1.I am moving to a new city in Walldorf where house owner is already giving me free internet inclusive of rent.
Please call me first then only terminate my contract during the month end of August 2020.
2.I received an email yesterday (18th June) informing about my tariff change.
I am not willing to pay for the tariff change.
Please revert back to my old tariff immediately.
Incident occurred 18 June 2020 around 5 pm
I see that this tariff change and contract extension happened accidentally and I am not ready to pay for this.
I also demand to change it back to my old plan .

Hi,
Please respond to my message .
I find the team is not responding to my messages at all.
I want to termintate my contract on 30 th August 2020 as I am moving to a new house where internet is provided by the house owner.
I also gave enough information and they are never responding in this .!
Also my contract plan was changed without my confirmation on 18th June 2020.
I also dont understand what is needed by Vodafone to cancel my contract !
I am attaching the email shared by Vodafone who is not at all helping me.

Hello Geetha,
your move has been stored in your customer data with us. As we can no longer provide you with internet & telephone services at your new address, your contract will be cancelled in accordance with the Telecommunications Act.
