Hello Sir/Ma'am,
I'm Vinit Hegiste, my Kundennummer is xxxxxxxxxx. I stay in Dudweiler. I
got my Vodafone contract for WiFi in October 2018 and the guy at mobidel
told me that it will expire in October 2020 automatically. Hence he did not
tell me I needed to go back to store and tell them 3 months before my
termination date. So I went to the store on Oct 2020 and he said ok your
termination is done and please send back the router. So now I have even
send back the router. Hence when my money was deducted from my bank, I
asked for a refund. But now I got a mail yesterday saying I have to pay
112€, so is it the 3 month's bill or what is 112 euros for? As I'm not
using the internet currently. And I was told my termination will take place
in October 2021, but can you please give me an immediate termination or atleast send me back the router device so that I can at least you the internet.
Please send the internet Router if you cannot do the termination.
It has been 3 months and you are deducting the amount every month but not giving me the router WLAN device.
Please send it to my registered address.

if your contract is from October 2018, then you were too late to cancel in October 2020. This must be done 3 months before the termination date, which is called the cancellation term. There is also no exception, sorry.

I don't know if you work at Vodafone but please read the entire message! I'm asking you to return my Router so that I can use my internet.
