I have been strugling to get an udpate regarding my complaint number *** for more than 5 days now. The Service agent came and said some device outside the house was not workign and he will get it fixed.
But even after that nothing is working and the connection is not restored.
In these days of Remote working I have to spend 10 Euros daily to buy Mobile data and work. Is there nothing that can be done.
Do I really have to terminate this connection and get a different one!!!
