Internet not working

Hello internet is not working for me for past one hour almost. 

My zip code is 12623.

I tried calling 0800 1721212 number but since its German, I cannot navigate through the options in the IVR as I am still in the learning phase of my German language. Can somebody tell me how I can navigate through the options and reach a customer service agent?

Note # I tried Tobi and it is giving me options for call back tomorrow at 10 am which is too late for me.

There is no help if you don't speak German, this happened also to me 

They only know English we you make a contract with them and when they offer you something, but once you have a problem, they are not educated well to answer you in English.
