Whitelisting Used Modem to Vodafone Account so I can use my personal Modem + Router

I'm having quite troubles using the fritz modem when connected with my personal router. When setting up with my new purchased modem with my personal router with Vodafone, I get this:

"Unfortunately you cannot activate this device. The device is owned by Vodafone and is already assigned to another customer. Please if necessary, contact your seller."

Could you please whitelist my purchased modem's mac address, so I can connect it to my vodafone account?

if it is a former loaner from us, that is not possible sorry.
