Dear Team
I canceled my subscription and as of Dec 20th I need to give back all boxes.
I have 3 boxes at home:
- The red Fritz Box
- The HD recorder box
- the black box for channel selection
I envisage I have to send them all back by Dec 20th, as I canceled my contract - is that correct? In the letter I received it asks me for 2 boxes and the smart card only.
1. Please will you confirm the address I need to send them back?
2. Also, should I leave the smart card inside of the box, or should I send it in a separate envelope?

Hello CanceledVodafon,
all devices which are noted on the cancellation letter must be returned. Please remove the smartcard from the device. The correct address is also noted on the letter.

What about the devide that is not noted in the letter? Are you suggesting that I keep that one?
Please give me a clear answer.
If the address was in the letter I wold not be here spending my time, making a login, givng ratings and trying to get a simple information that would take 1 minute to provide since more than a week.

why are you in such a bad mood? What do you mean by black box for channel selection (remote control)? If yes, then it belongs to the HD recorder and must of course be sent back.
You will surely find the address on the cancellation confirmation. But I will tell you it here to stop wasting your time.

It is because Vodafone charged me several months more than what I should pay, for many months - EUR 57.96 or EUR 45.70 whereas I should be paying EUR 37.96.
When I found out in my bank account I contacted customer service immediately. We exchanged a few emails and they told me they would not give me any money back. The only option I was left with was the canceling - hence my user name: "CanceledVodafon". With pleasure.
But, if you think I should be in a better mood, please credit back the money Vodafone wrongly charged from me.
In this mean time, I hope other users will read this message and (in case they passed through the same situation) and maybe we can reunite to move a collective motion against Vodafone.
If you give my money back, I will spend an wonderful Christmas or New Year's eve in a very good mood.

the higher monthly fee could be due to the fact that our internet contracts generally become more expensive after one year. This is also stated in the order confirmation which you received from us at the beginning of the contract.

thanks for the pm.
As I can see, you already received all relevant information about your contract and bills last year. The prices for the products ordered by you and the price increase from the second year onwards were stated to you in the order confirmation and later also again in writing explained.
You have not been debited too much and there will be no refund from Vodafone. There's nothing more we can say about this from our side.
You also received the information which devices have to be sent where. The devices have also arrived in the meantime, thank you very much for that.
The balance from the final invoice for December will be transferred to your account within the next few days.
