TG344DE, WLAN immer wieder weg

Hallo, bei meinem Arris TG344 bricht immer wieder das WLAN zusammen, seit wir ihn vor ca. 6 Wochen bekommen haben.

Wir haben insgesamt ca. 8 Geräte in der Wohnung (inklusive Drucker, Fire TV-stick, Radio etc.).

Und passiert das immer nur bei einem einzelnen Gerät, nicht bei allen gleichzeitig. Auffällig ist, dass das besonders häufig bei Geräten in dem Raum passiert, in dem die VodafoneStation steht. Einer davon ist ein alter laptop, der nur 2,4 GHz beherrscht. Aber auch beim Roberts-internet-Radio und beim FireTV stick passiert das dauernd.

Bei Windows 10 ist die Verbindung weg, bei Windows 8.1 "eingeschränkt", was besonders nervig ist, weil er dann nicht von sich aus einen neuen Verbindungsaufbau versucht.

Ist das normal? Ist die VodfoneStation womöglich defekt? Ich hatte vorher einen Compal CH7466CE, bei dem hatte ich nie diese Probleme.

Ich habe es wieder mittlerweile wieder deaktiviert.

normalerweise wird der Router postalisch versendet. Ich möchte Dir aber gerne einen Techniker vorbeischicken, da die Uploadwerte so gar nicht passen.

Schick mir dazu bitte einmal eine PN mit Deiner Mobilfunknummer, damit ein Termin ausgemacht werden kann.

Das zweite ist, dass wir aufgrund der aktuellen Entwicklungen gewisse Vorsichtsmaßnahmen treffen müssen. Daher müssen wir wissen, ob in Deinem Haushalt Symptome aufgetreten sind, die im Zusammenhang mit Covid-19 stehen könnten. Wir wollen Dir natürlich nicht zu nahe treten, aber andererseits wollen wir auch nicht unnötig noch mehr Menschen gefährden.
