I got router, but not able to install it. Customer care dont understand English. I don't know German.
I cant use the router. I cant cancel the contract. No one responds to emails.
What should I do?

YOU said they told you to go to their website - so I assumed that YOU already got the link. I cannot share you a link that I'm not aware of...
Maybe you call them again and ask them for the link if you haven't got it...
And I really think you need some German speaking person to help you with that - please be aware that it's solely in your responsibility to get a translator as (and I repeat myself) sole contractual language is German. This also means that you have no rights arising from the fact that you don't get English support - you can't assume you get it as long is it's not contractually agreed.
And before someone says this may be racist: No this is not - you are in Germany and sole offical language is German. If you'd be in another country (except those having English as first or at least as one of the official languages), e.g. in France, Poland, the Netherlands, Japan, Korea or even Russia, you also won't get English support. English support here (and on phone) is based on a best-effort basis - nothing that you have any contractual rights on...
