Hi all,
I sent my device after terminating my contract last month and there is till no confirmation from the vodafone. In my "Meine Internet & Phone Kündigung" page, it still says
"

the sentence is unfortunately a little awkwardly formulated.
The sentence "Derzeit liegen keine offenen Geräteforderungen vor." means that currently no devices are expected back from us. This means that you do not have to send anything back at the moment.
When we expect devices back, they are displayed in the customer portal. This is then the statement of the second sentence: "Sobald Geräte an uns zurückgeschickt werden müssen, werden sie hier angezeigt."
This could have been formulated more simply, for example: "No devices need to be sent back." Or something like that.
