New Vodafone cable but no internet

Hi,
First of all sorry for no writing in German.
I had the delivery of a simple Vodafone Station for the cable service. The area where I live is already covered. The guy who I spoke to at Mediamarkt told me that it would have been ready to go, plug in and surf the web.
As you can see, I am here...

Router connected, internal password to access 192.168.0.1 was changed but no internet access. I tried to connect to meine Vodafone using a smartphone and I activated my account.
No signal yet and internet is blinking red on the device.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Just one question: does it mean that I should be at home on the 26th between that time frame? Or is just some maintenance/fix outside my apartment?

I have been there the whole day but none came over. I called this service number at 18:00and I was told that maybe they are coming on Monday.

So now I need to take an extra day off from work

sorry to hear that there was no technician. I checked the status of the task, there is a note stating that some electrical outlets are missing and the assumption of costs needs to be clarified internally.
