Hi,
I have recently ordered "Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable" at my home. I received the router and tried connecting it to the points available at my place.
I am able to get the WIFI started but there is no internet. I logged into the router and found out that the Router Status was "In Process".
I am an english speaking guy and have no clue about German at the moment so contacting the customer care also didnt help at all.
Please can someone suggest what should I do?

Any help that I can get here? Vodafone is not responding anyways. They have handed me over to guys from Cableway AG. These guys gave me a call yesterday to fix an appointment but the moment I picked up the call, they disconnected. Thereafter they didnt give any call nor could I connect to them. Today when I got connected, they gave me an appointment of Tuesday evening when a technician would come.
Couldnt be better than this to add more frustration to my life.
