English Speaker. My internet has been disconnecting frequently

Sorry for writing in English.
For the past Week I have been having problems with my internet, my Fritzbox disconnects at least once a day, and in the past 2 days it has happened many times.
Never had this problem over the last 3 years (more or less) since I have this connection.

Is there anything I can do? or there is some problem with the coverage?

is the FritzBox from Vodafone or is it one of yours?

Can you give me a time when it's disconnected?

Have a look at the menu and check the signal data. Post a picture of all the signal-data.
