Dear all, sorry for writing in English.
I would kindly ask you for a help!
I have problems with my cable router Vodafone TG3442EN: LAN internet connection works; but there is no WiFi connection; WiFi botton does not work and the light above WiFI botton is not even if you are pressing the botton or not. WPS light is off WPS botton does not help.
I reloaded router for several times, but it did not help. The only thing I did not press "reset" as I can not be sure that this is a right solution.
Unfortunately I could not reach out to the service via phone (08005266625) because the line was always busy.
Please, navigate through the further steps. Perhaps, I need help of technitian.
