ich habe das router easybox am montag 02.07 2018 mit DHL retour zurukshinken,aber ich muss zahlen 99 euro.

ich habe keine information wann die router zuruckschinken,wass mach ich jetzt?

Sofern nichts Anderes vereinbart wurde, muss das Mietgerät innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Vertragsende an uns zurückgesendet werden.

In Deiner Kündigungsbestätigung findest Du die Adresse und die Frist für die Rücksendung.

Sofern hier die Überlassungsgebühr bereits berechnet wurde, wird hier keine Gutschrift mehr erstellt, auch wenn das Gerät noch zurückgesendet wird.

guten tag!

at saturday 30.06.2018 i receive a letter from vodafone and they wand me to pay 99 euros for easy box 804.

i spoke with hotline and they told me to send back the router as soon is possible and will be no charge!

i send back the router at monday 02.07.2018 with DHL Retour with number 834920292043.

at friday 06.07.there was a charge of 99 euro in my bank acount (pending, because there was not enough money in it.

i did change my contract from dsl 100 to kabel 200.and i was waiting for notification so i send the router back to avato,as i did some times in the past.

i did not have ( a document , letter) or maybe i did not notice the period of time that i have to send back the router.

i did not have any problem to send it back while it was useless to me!

can you please help me so i dont have to pay that money?
