I havet abord Last Termin and i make another termin for tehnik, on 20 december 2019 and nobody coming ? I havet insalled alone manual The router don't wor i check conection and all îs ok cable ok, în router all îs ok but wen i try to open a webpage redirect ME on Telekom Page, The Problem îs The tehnik dont come today i dont understand why i coll suport center and they laungh about ME that îs ugly from that company,

I'm sorry that you can not use your connection yet.
If the connection as not been activated by a technician you will not be able to set up your modem.
Is your name on the doorbell, so the technician could find you? Did he have access to the house connection (usually in the basement) and the phone socket in your home?
In order to make a new appointment you can send me a private message. I need your name, customer number, mobile phone number and the desired date.
Earliest date possible is December 31st. Because of the holidays we may have to chose a later date.
