Technicians request new appointment

Hello,

 

The technicians requested a new appointment for DSL installation. In the mesage that I got from vodafone is writen that i can change the apointment in "dsl.vodafone.de/termin", but i can't access that adress because the processing order status is finnished (attached file). How can i arange the new appointment, not throgh the hotline (0800 1721212), because I don't understand german.

Hello,

if you still havent signed a contract with Vodafone, I would suggest not to go ahead but try some other provider.

Trust me, if you think customer service is an important aspect before selecting a DSL company, dont go with Vodafone.

Anyways, whatever you decide, i wish you good luck!

welcome to the Vodafone-Community!

 

When you call our customer service, you just need to say"operator" and then you can speak with us in english 🙂

 

You can also register in "MeinVodafone" and make a new appointment.

 

If that also fails, you are welcome to send me your customer data via PN and make some suggestions for a fitting date 🙂
