Hello,
I am trying to set up my Vodafone cable internet but the multimedia adaptor doesn't fit (exactly like this post).
I have tried contacting the support number to get a technician to come, but as I do not yet speak German this has proven fruitless.
Is there a way I can get support in English or via text where I can translate?
