My internet is not working. After calling several times last week, I received a call today from a technician.
My German is very basic so I asked him to speak slower and with basic words, I was understanding enough but he did not have the patience and was very rude saying that I am in Germany and need to speak German, which I agree but asked him to have patience. He refused to help me further and I still cannot use the internet.
What can I do now?

Hello, I have a similar problem. Received my Vodafone equipment, plugged it, but no internet. Tried to reach out the tech service but i don't speak any german and cannot go through the recorded messages. I need to talk to some technician that speak english if possible?

are you also using a dsl contract from us?
