I need to schedule an appointment to have my DSL activated, but when I call there is no english speakers available and I can't speak deustch, so they hang up on me. I tried chat and the agent said to just say operator, this doesn't work. how can I set up an appointment? Why isn't there a link on the website?

Hey 19ksb,
normally we choose the initial appointment for you & communicate in the welcome letter.
(as long as you did not enter a fix date for the order).
