Hello All,
I am filling out the transfer form for vodafone DSL
I have the following doubts:
1) What is the kundenkennwort, I never got this.
2) What is kundennumer for new customer, he has not yet registered and does not have it.
3) What is Ansprechpartner
Can you please help me with the information?

Hey Chaitrahegde,
just to be sure - we are talking about the following document : https://www.vodafone.de/infofaxe/297.pdf
This form is needed , if you want to transfer a contract to another person.
Every DSL-Contract has a customer password / Kundenpassword - this must have been chosen at the beginning of the contract.
If you don't know your customerpassword - you can either request a new on in "Mein Vodafone" via Self service (as long as the contract has been added there) or go to a vodafone shop, legitimate with your id-card. Then you can choose a new.
If you are the person overtaking the existing contract, you can choose a password yourself. With this password you can legitimate yourself in the future.
The new customer does not need to fill in the "Kundennummer / customernumber" part - this is only necessary for the current customer.
This place in the document is made for tha case, that sometimes one customer has multiple accounts & wants to consolidate them under one customernumber.
Ansprechpartner stands for "single point of contact" . Sometimes f.e. the children are fitter in IT/Contract questsions & therefore are preferred as a SPOC.
Most likely the Ansprechpartner is the same person, as the contract owner/customer.
