Hello,
Last time i was able to move the internet connection by applying online after filling some information but now I don't see those steps. Can someone please help me in ordering move to new location. I would like to have internet before i move to the new place otherwise it would effect my job work.

There won't be internet at both places at the same time - if you move, then the internet connection will be turned off at the old location on the date that the connection will be enabled at the new location. If you need to have internet at both locations, you will need to get yourself a temporary solution like an LTE stick or so...

I never said that i want internet at both location. I am moving to another apartment so would like to transfer this connection from current address to the new address. The link for move relocation doesn't guide properly instead it offers me some thing else

Sadly , its only in german. But most browsers should be able to translate the content.

Hi Andre,
I have requested for moving of internet connection and i was also offered for a cable connection which i accepted
But i didn't get any information about activation of service and deactivation of my current plan.
I would like the new plan to start on 01.10.2022 and simultaneously disconnect the current plan as soon as my new plan starts. How does this works?
