Moving to a new Flat. Request to transfer my present contract to new flat.

Dear Vodafone Contracts Team

 

I will be moving to a new flat in the same city (Berlin). 

 

I have a DSL connection WITHOUT Landline. My new flat contract starts from 15.11.2019. But I will be moving between 15.11 to 30.11

 

I have few questions:

 

  1. Can you please let me know what is the procedure to transfer to the new address ? 
  2. Presently I am ONLY using internet and I do not have any Landline phone nor did i ever use, nor do I know If I even have a landline number. I am writing this as I have learnt from other posts about transfer of phone number etc, which I do not need. 
  3. Can you please let me know what are the Hidden charges in transfering ? 
  4. I can connect modem myself initially - So not need of any technician. I just want to be extra cautious to not to have a surprise TECHNICIAN Bill later 🙂
  5. First of all, would you be kind to please let me know if my present DSL connection is possible in the new flat ?

Hello sukesh,

 

I can order the relocation for you, that's no problem. Therefore I need your new adress data via pm.

 

Assuming the new adress is provided, there are two ways for the relocation: Either you accept a new running time of 24 months, then the relocation is free of charge. Or if you want to take the existing running time without prolongation,the charge is 39,99 Euro.

 

A technician from Telekom is always needed to activate the account. In a few cases the technician doesn't need to visit you, but this has to be decided by Telekom. The connection setup is made by yourself, of course.

 

So, please send me the details of the new flat via private message. Then I can give you concrete details.

Hi Dany

I am unable to send you private messages any more. 

 

I received an appointment from Telekom Technician in the 1st week of December. I wanted to Double confirm if my Mobile number is present in your records so the technician can call me if he doesnt find our flat. Our flat is behind the huge trees and not easy to find out at first glance. 

 

I am asking this because, the appointment that I received from you is between 8 and 13. If it was a fixed appointment like 8 or 9 or 13, I can stand in front of the door / nearby to not to miss him. 

 

Could you please allow me to PM you so I can share my Handy Number and update your records.
