Hello,
I just moved to a new apartment with a Vodafone EasyBox 804 internet router.
I was trying to reset the router to change username and password. It asked me to activate the router again and asked for Modern Installation Code (MIC), which I don't know where to find.
I'm not the original owner of the internet or the apartment. But the owner left me all the invoices and the orignal box. He's out of the country.
I couldn't find any English support. Could you please give me the MIC or tell me how to get it?

Hi Nashwa144,
the MIC ususally is sent by e-mail. Please ask the owner of the contract if he can find it.
You also can order a new MIC in your MeinVodafone Account: Click on your DSL contract -> Installationscode anfordern. You will receive it within 30 minutes via SMS.
I can send the welcome letter to the customer's e-mail address. Send me your name, the customer number via private message. Click on my avatar -> Diesem Benutzer eine private Nachricht senden.

Hi,
I also have a problem with my Vodafone EasyBox 804 routeur, I just got the appointment today for the activation step, but when I enter the MIC number from my Welcome letter, I got an error message " number failed. enter again".
Then, as you advice Nashwa144, I order a new MIC in my MeinVodafone Account and after reception, I tried with the new MIC number and it also said the same error message. So, my question is, how can I enter this MIC number to finish my activation?

Hi Yaya8607,
it can take a couple of hours until you can activate the modem.
As we mention in our welcome letter it can take until 5h pm.
So please try again now.
