I tried to install my internet which looked pretty easy but it's not activating, do I have to wait for a guy to come to install it? I need internet. I tried to talk with the Hotline but my German was not good enough to communicate well. I am not happy about the service. They took 11 days to send me the router and another 11 days waiting for the internet. In the shop they told me the service guy would be here in 2 weeks then I got a message for an appointment, the earliest was 3 weeks, this is outrageous, I tried to terminate the contract because of this misinformation but surprise surprise I don't even have right to cancel the contract which belongs to a service I extremely unhappy about it, I can't even cancel it in first weeks.
