Missing online registration code for my DSL contract

Hi, 

First of all I am sorry for writing in English.

I have a DSl contract from vodafone since 2017(July/August). I am trying to get my online registration code so that i can add my contract details into 'meinVodafone'. My contract is about to finish by July and i am looking for the procedure to terminate the contract or if there is any loyalty discounts i would like to continue.

Can you please provide my online registration code & DSL contract termination procedure.
