Hello,
I would like to cancel my contract prematurely because I am leaving Germany at the end of the month. I have already de-registered and I have the Abmeldung paper proof.
I have tried calling the hotline but there is no support in English, also I tried using the contact form but didn't get any response.
Can someone help me?

can you please send me your customer number, the customer password and the proof via private message? Please also tell me the concrete date when you are leaving Germany.
