Hi! I have DSL connection and I don’t have internet since 3 days. I have already opened a ticket and my ticket number is TA000001540*** .The internet was installed on Thursday and it worked perfectly fine then. It stopped working from Friday. I have reset the Fritz box multiple times and it is also set to max performance. Please schedule a visit from the technician to fix the issue at the earliest. I will be at my home the whole time.

What happens if you reset the FritzBox?
Is there a DSL signal showing up?
And what happens if you enter the Modem Installation Code after a factory reset?

Hi Ed5,
I'm sorry that your connection does not work.
After opening the ticket, the technicians will check the line and get back via phone or SMS.
They will then ask for an appointment with the technician if needed. In some cases it can be solved without an appointment.
Until the technicians get back to you, I ask for your patience.

yes, if a technician is needed my colleagues will contact you. Before that, they will try to fix the line via remote.
If the reset did not solve the issue, plase get back to them.
You can also send me a private message with your name and customer number. I will then tell them that the reset did not help.
