Hello ,
It's been around a week since I ordered 50 MBPS cable internet on the website. I have not received any order confirmation on my mail or email . Except the Vertragszusammenfassung which I downloaded while ordering there is no other update on my order. I am in urgent need of wifi . Will it take longer to get a confirmation or Should I order once more ?

I have not even received the customer number so the bot is replying that it cannot help with the status or update.
