Hi all
I have just change my plan to 100 mbps.
But from past few days my internet speed is only 2-9 mbps can you please help me.
Why am i facing these problems so often?
This is really annoying, and specially now when we have to work from home.
I has always accepted your answers though i am not satisfied.
Yesterday also it was 2mbps but i did not make a test. But please take this as a word and can you please help me resolve the problem ASAP without waiting for 3 tests. I n the evening again i will post one more test.
Please help me regarding this frequent slow speeds.
Also attached one other speed test of yesterday night.

Its been 6 days and the speed is worst, now even upload speed is affected.

I checked the speed on other sites and they show results pretty different thatn that on vodafone site.
I feel the ones on the following site is pretty accurate and vodafone site is not.
Because vodafone site shows 60mbps but its too slow.

Please help me solve this problem ASAP, its frustrating and i feel I am paying money for nothing.

as we told you via SMS and private message already the connection is affected by a regional issue.
The technicians are working on it and will solve it as soon as possible.
