I have wasted my whole day trying to contact Vodafone in Germany but there is no English customer support. Is there any place i can get help?
I recently saw that my contract says "Expired" on the "My Vodafone" portal. Also, I was recently charged 97€ for not returning back the Vodafone router. I was never informed that my contract has been terminated and I was never asked to return my router and now got charged for this. Please explain to me the situation better.
Also I had recently moved with my Vodafone router. Earlier in my last apartment I was getting 500mbps and now I only get 35 here. Hence I want to understand if upgrading my router is an option, if not please atleast explain what is going on.

I'm sorry that you don't feel well informed & got no help. We're happy to help you.
Have you switched from DSL internet to cable internet? Normally, you will receive a confirmation of termination with instructions to return the device. You will receive this by e-mail. If the router is not returned in time, we will charge you for it.
Which router model are you currently using? This information makes it easier to see what technology you are using. 🙂
