Hi,
I am a vodafone client for more than a year now for DSL, since May last year I notice in my bank account every month 2 charges for my internet plan. How is this possible? I contacted vodafone in novemenber 2019 when i notice this and they responded by saying that it was a mistake in their side and that 2 contracts were created for my house and that this was a mistake on the vodafone side. Therefore they stopped charging twice a month. In the letter i received they said they would refound the money they have taken from me by mistake and i have not received the money nor any comunication from them. I send them a private email again last week asking for the status of the refund but they insisted i post this in the forum.
Can someone help on this case?should I start a legal process with a layer? i guess if i go that route the money refunded will need to be also with interests?
I appreciate anybodys help here.

hi, How could two contracts with only one active line exist in parallel at Telekom?

Hi ErnestoB,
welcome to the Vodafone community. ![]()
Regularly it's not possible to have two DSL contracts in one appartment. In very few cases there are two lines to one appartment and then it can work.
Please send me a private message with your customer numbers (they are both shown on the bank statements) and your customer password (or alternatively your full name, address and birth date).
BR,
Dany
