Hi,
I booked a dsl connection for Berlin 13053 to start from 1st April (already 4 days ago). Msm informed me that the installation and service is provided by dtservice.net at this address and they cannot help. Vodafone needs to send an activation request to dtservice.net for them to process the request. I am unable to reach English speaking customer care. The connection was supposed to start from 1st April but i still haven't got a connection. Is there any English speaking customer care number or email i can reach to for help.
Any quick help would really be appreciated. I am unable to visit Vodafone store due to corona restrictions ☹️

You will need to wait - it may take 4..6 weeks from the day you book a DSL connection until it is finally set up depending on the availability of technicians.
