Hello,
after weeks of waiting, a Telekom man came to install my DSL line. Everything worked perfectly.
I left for lunch and returned, and now there is no DSL internet.
The problem is not with the Fritzbox, when I troubleshoot that it tells me there is a problem with the connection. The power/DSL light keeps blinking.
I have spent hours attempting to find someone I can call and speak English with. No luck! Perhaps I will have better luck here.
