Couldn't call a technician to solve a problem

Hello,

 

sorry for writing in English, I cannot speak German yet. I've signed the Internet contract with Vodafone and received the cable router by postmail but didin't manage to configure it. I plugged it in but there is no Internet connection (red "Internet" LED is blinking). I've been trying to call for a technician for 3 days but haven't succeeeded. In LiveChat they told me I should call the hotline (I did, but couldn't pass the machine and reach an operator). I also tried WhatApp support chat but they didn't answer my questions. On the website there is no such an option as well - it redirects me to WhatsApp chat. The last chance is to find Vodafine office and ask for help there (but I'm not sure they speak English as well). So the question is - can I just call a technique to help me with the router? How can I work it out?
