Confirmation of return of Easybox 804 and address

Dear Team, 

I had purchased a DSL50 connection in March 2016 with a 24 month contract. While the contract was expiring on 14th March 2018 by default, I had asked to cancel the connection at the end of the contract. All of this has been taken care of in a timely manner. Many thanks ! 

However, at this moment, it is not clear to if the Easybox 804 hardware (which came with the connection) needs to be returned. If yes, it is delivered to the following address:

arvato distribution GmbH,

Receipt of goods 2  
Dieselstr. 64   
33442 Herzebrock.

Please advise. Please also let me know if further information is needed. Thanks if advance.

Hi @rray,

we have sent you the information in the cancellation confirmation. You have to return rental equipment after the end of the contract. In the confirmation you will also find a "returns slip". Print this out and attach it to the package. The address you wrote is correct.
