Cancelling contract as moving abroad(India) Permanently from Germany.

Hello,

I have Germany Vodafone contract. Due to Health issue, I have to relocate to India Permanently by 25th June 2019.

I found many thread about cancellation vodafone contract but still few points are not clear to me. I tried to call customer care, but as I am not German speaker so didnt get any help from there. 😞

1. What is process to close vodafone contract ?

2. On which address should I send my DSL Device ?

3. Which documents I need to submit to Vodafone as proof of leaving ? And on which address ?

Any help would be really appreciated.

Couple of doubts still I have,

1. I had sent all required documents (physical copy) to Vodafone service center. Have you received thoes documents ?

2. I am closing my bank account soon. Is there any pending amount I have to pay? If Yes, where should I transfer that amount ?

@Stephan  As you mentioned,I have sent device with specified address.

I am leaving today to India, so my home address will be no longer exist.

The DHL tracking number is : 00340434220444040855

I hope this will help to collect DSL device.
