Canceling the contract after Trail period

I would like to know the procedure for canceling the contract.

i'm sorry that you want to cancel your contract.

Is there any special reason

You can cancel your contract via our contact form. Otherwise you can send me a pm with the following data:

1) Your customer or landline number

2) Your personal customer password

Note: A cancellation is not possible without your customer password. In this case we need your cancellation via post or fax with your signature.
