Cancel my contract

Hello,

I do not live in Germany since November and I would like to cancel my Internet contract.I do not have a "Abmeldebestatigung" because my city did not send it to my new address and I can not reach them.

The only document stating that I already left is the termination of my house contract, that I already send out to Vodafone but you are still charging me, even when the new renter has also a contract with you.

Basically you are charging 2 times in the same address.

Please proceed with my contract cancelation as soon as possible

Hi Tiobel,

where did you send the termination to and did you receive a confirmation? It usually is sent by e-mail.

What is the name of the tariff you were using? I'm asking because you can not activate 2 different DSL contracts at the same time on one DSL connection.

Also please note that you receive at least one more ivoice after the end of the contract.

I tried over internet and the replay was open a post here!!

My tariff was Red Internet & Phone. 

How do I cancel my contract?

you can cancel your DSL contract using this contact form: DSL Kündigung 

Or do you use a cable connection. The tariff name is Red Internet & Phone Cable then.

Hello Tiobel,

the Community (Forum) isn't the way to cancel your contract. Thats wrong!

You also can cancel your contract by letter. Please your this Adress:

I know that this is not the way, but this was the replay from Vodafone services to me. You can read in one of the previous posts.

I will send the letter and see what comes out of this.
