I've got an order of DSL connection on 15.10.2018
On 23.10.2018 I have received SMS with date and time for the technician to come: 30.10.2018
On 30.10.2018 technician came and did his job and said that everything is ready to connect the device.
Today ( 31.10.2018 ) at 7:28 I have received a new SMS from Vodafone with a date for the technician to come - 23.11.2018. Now it looks like a complete mess for me. I still do not get my ordered EasyBox and any credentials which are supposed to be there. Can anyone help me with it? Somebody to talk to directly to you. I'm struggling with this situation.
