Hallo,

I have got a similar problem:

1)  At first, when I check the payment history in my account on VF site ("Auflade-Historie"), the last payment dated 21.03.2019.

2) In 2020 I've paid in 25.Jan - EUR 25 and 18.Mar - EUR 15. Both payments have been made via PayPal.

3) My tariff is "CallYa Smartphone Special", EUR 9,99 for 4 weeks.

Now my balance is EUR 0,33. I suppose that my last payment from 18.03 had been lost.

I will be appreciated if you help me.
