Whatsapp not working with roaming

Hi! Recently i travelled to Argentina (Buenos Aires) and when i am using mobile data in roaming mode Whatsapp does not work. Is there anything more i should configurate ? All the rest of the services works just fine.

Hi @fdiaz,

Try to change the network. Maybe it works with another roaming partner.

Hi @fdiaz, your phone number is fully activated for use in Argentina. However, the digital tariff does not apply. Mobile data is billed at 94 cents / 50 KB. If only WhatsApp doesn't work, you have to contact Facebook. We just make sure that you can use mobile data.
