Hello. I ordered a callya sim over a week ago and successfully identified myself. I've already received the email with my new vodafone number and an another saying it's ready to be activated after the first top up. However the sim card hasn't been delivered yet. Is there a way to check if it's on its way or if it has been some error with the shipment?
