SIM Card is activated but doesn't work

I tried to activate my CallYa SIM Card today, and it said online that it was already activated. I then tried to use it on my phone, and I'm unable to call / text / etc. So I was wondering whether there was something I wasn't doing, or something wrong with the SIM Card? Any help is appreciated
