I entered into a cellular contract and selected the eSim option, but did not realize that my phone is incompatible with eSim cards, so I was not able to activate this number.
I then ordered a new normal Sim card, but am unable to activate this Sim and constantly receive the error "Sorry, that didn't work". My understanding is that this is happening because the system is trying to first deactivate my original eSim before activating my new physical sim card, but can't because the eSim was never actually activated.
