I cant call the customer service because my simcard is not active.
So why don´t you call them by landline?
They are just one call away - +49 172 229 0 229
You can also use the contact form.

About the form it is all German but I will try to do it with a translation site.
Either do that or wait for a moderator to take care of your problem. This may take a while because they have a lot of work to do.
Good luck with that. ![]()

You can choose main theme "CallYa" > sub theme "Registrierung und Nutzung"

Guten tag Moderators,
I have moved recently to Germany and my German is still too basic, sorry for using English.
I have bought a prepaid Vodafone sim at Rewe. I have done the registration online, as recommended, and I was told that in 24h the card would have been active, but almost 48h have passed and the card is not working. I tried to top it up, but with no success. When I dial *100# I get an error: E0150.
My boyfriend has got the same problem as well: he went to a Vodafone shop and never got the sim working.
Could you tell me what to do?
Dankeshön!
