My prepaid simcard is not active after 2 DAYS

Hello Vodafone Forum, (sorry for English but I dont know German and I am here for internship)
I bought a prepaid simcard from Stuttgart. They make my registiration with my ID and said it should be active with in one day. Next day it was not active so I went the same store again, he called someone and they told him he should have done the registiration with my passport, not ID. So he asked my passport and did something on the computer, at the end he told me it should be activated by tomorrow. I came to Freiburg that night and today the simcard is still not active. I cant go back to store because I am not in Stuttgart anymore, I cant call the customer service because my simcard is not active.
Please help me,

So why don´t you call them by landline?

I cant call that number. When I call it says your call can not be completed.
About the form it is all German but I will try to do it with a translation site.

Either do that or wait for a moderator to take care of your problem. This may take a while because they have a lot of work to do.

If that´s the case you can order an new one via fax. Just fill in the form 265 (attached) an send it back.

Guten tag Moderators,

I have moved recently to Germany and my German is still too basic, sorry for using English.
I have bought a prepaid Vodafone sim at Rewe. I have done the registration online, as recommended, and I was told that in 24h the card would have been active, but almost 48h have passed and the card is not working. I tried to top it up, but with no success. When I dial *100# I get an error: E0150.

My boyfriend has got the same problem as well: he went to a Vodafone shop and never got the sim working.

Could you tell me what to do?
