My new SIM Card is not working

Hi, I just bought new vodafone sim card. my number has been activated by the guy in the shop and he said i can use it in one hour. But, it has been 3 hours and I still cant use it. I tried to charge online and it sid the number is not yet activated or wrong. i tried to activated again online but it said my number has been activated. I am confuse and need help soon as I lost my old phone and need to use this new number sooner.

You have to wait because there is a second control of your identy by Vodafone. Restart your phone tomorrow.

Hi thanks for the answer. But i have restarted my phone and it still doesn't work. Actually the one who activated my number was the person in the vodafone counter. he said i can use my number in half an hour after he activated.
