Hi
I topped up my mobile account on the 28th 15€ after which I had about 16.60 & then used 6 to buy additional data. The remaining 10euro i had planned to use for my monthly tariff which will renew next week however the next day I recieved a notification saying that i only had 1.60 remaining. I did not purchase any additional data a no other tariff has been renewed.
Please inform me what happened to this 10€ and credit it back to my account so that my monthly call ya tariff can be renewed.
