I need PUK urgently

Hello, I need to unlock my prepaid sim card with a PUK. I have attempted to call customer service from where I am in London and a friend back home in Australia has tried to help me. But it is not working. I have the phone number and serial number of the sim card. Please help as fast as you can. Thank you.

i'll translate a former answer for you. Maybe it'll help you.

The fastest and easiest way to get your PUK is with 'MeinVodafone'.

- login to MeinVodafone or register: MeinVodafone-Login

- to register you only need your customer password and your phone number 

- select your SIM card in the menu and choose 'PUK / Super PIN anzeigen'

In case you don't know your customer password, normally it has been sent with the sim card to you.

If you can't recall or don't have the envelope anymore, you have to wait for a VF Moderator passing by since the phone number of vodafone isn't working for you as you said.
