Help is needed with new callya SIM card

I have received and activated the callya SIM card from Vodafone. It is written that it is the talk&SMS. Now I am trying to load a data package on it but I cannot find the Flex 1 GB 5€ tarrif in the list proposed from the app. Do I need to firstly switch to Callya flex or I have to order a new SIM? How do I do such a switch? Thank you

Yes, you're right. You have to switch to CallYa Flex tariff first. The easiest way is phoning the customer support about +49 172 229 0 229 (press 4 for English speaking support). 

 

Ask the agent to switch your tariff from Talk & SMS to CallYa Flex. When it's done you have to use the CallYa Flex app then.

 

Note: When you use the CallYa Flex app first time you have to use it with a mobile connection! Then you be able booking your tariff mix (data volume and message unit).

Thank you for your snswer! 

Did it and I received already a confirmation SMS that my SIM is changed to Flex.

But still in the apps my account is in the not Flex mode. Does it need a long time to sinchronize? The callya flex app brings some errors.

You started your phone again? You used the CallYa flex app with mobile connection (not WiFi!) first time?
What errors did you get?

Can you check with MeinVodafone app whether your current status is still Talk & SMS?
